Running late



Arriving 15 minutes late or more may result in a cancelled appointment and a No Show Fee on your account. Please give us a call if you know you are going to be late. Communication is key.



cancellation /reschedule/no show



As a courtesy, Angel Pets sends out multiple reminders by text and emails.

We require 72 hour notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Failure to give required notice within 488 hours of scheduled appointment will result in a last minute cancellation fee of 50% of the services scheduled per appointment.


*If little or no notice is given - the no show fee of 100% of the services schedled per appointment will be applied to your account.



pest & coat policy



We have a no pest policy. Any pet found with fleas will be bathed and treated at the owner's expense.


Pet's with mats or matted hair will be required to sign a matted release form. Additonal fees will be applied to your scheduled services.



How long does it take?



Most appointments are completed in 2-3 hours unless it is booked as an express appointment. We will call or message you at the number provided at check in as soon as your baby is ready.​



Do you need va ccine records?



All pets are required to be current on vaccines. Vaccines can be brought in for their appointment, fax or emailed to petpizazz@yahoo.com


Immune compromised pet taken on a case to case situation and scheduled accordingly.​



what about holidays?



We are closed on major holidays. Feel free to email us, message us on facebook or call and leave a voicemail.
